What are Templates?

Think of a Template as a reusable blueprint for a piece of a conversation. Instead of rebuilding common conversation flows—like collecting a user’s contact information or asking for feedback—you can build it once as a Template.

  • Templates are made of Blocks: You create a Template by connecting a sequence of Blocks to build a specific interaction.
  • They are customizable: After adding a Template to your bot, you can still tweak its settings to fit the specific flow you’re building.

In short, Templates are pre-built conversation parts that you can drop into any AI agent to build your conversational flows faster and more efficiently.
