Overview

The Landing Page is your central hub for accessing all features of the Pluggi platform. It provides an at-a-glance view of your bots, recent activity, and quick access to essential functions.

Dashboard Layout

Top Navigation Bar

Section titled “Top Navigation Bar”

The top navigation bar provides quick access to:

  • Platform Logo: Click to return to the dashboard
  • User Profile: Access your account settings and preferences
  • Notifications: View system notifications and updates
  • Search: Quickly find bots, templates, or settings

Main Dashboard Area

Section titled “Main Dashboard Area”

The main area displays:

Active Bots Overview

Section titled “Active Bots Overview”
  • View all your active bots in card or list format
  • See bot status (Published, Draft, Testing)
  • Quick stats: total conversations, active users, response rate
  • One-click access to edit or configure each bot

Quick Actions

Section titled “Quick Actions”
  • Create New Bot: Launch the bot builder to start a new project
  • Browse Templates: Access pre-built bot templates
  • View Analytics: Check performance metrics across all bots
  • Manage Users: Access user management (Admin only)

Recent Activity

Section titled “Recent Activity”
  • Latest conversations across all bots
  • Recent bot updates and changes
  • Team member activities (for collaborative workspaces)
Section titled “Sidebar Navigation”

The left sidebar provides organized access to:

  • Dashboard: Your main landing page
  • My Bots: List of all your bots
  • Templates: Reusable conversation patterns
  • Analytics: Performance insights
  • Settings: Platform and bot configurations
  • User Management: Team and access control (Admin only)

Key Features

Bot Status Indicators

Section titled “Bot Status Indicators”

Each bot displays a status indicator:

  • 🟢 Published: Live and actively serving users
  • 🟡 Draft: In development, not yet published
  • 🔵 Testing: Undergoing testing before deployment
  • 🔴 Inactive: Temporarily disabled

Quick Statistics

Section titled “Quick Statistics”

View important metrics at a glance:

  • Total number of conversations
  • Active users in the last 24 hours
  • Average response time
  • User satisfaction rating
Section titled “Filter and Search”

Easily find what you need:

  • Filter bots by status, date created, or performance
  • Search across bot names, descriptions, and tags
  • Sort by various criteria (name, date, usage)

Getting Started from the Dashboard

Section titled “Getting Started from the Dashboard”
  1. First Time Users: Click “Create New Bot” to start building
  2. Explore Templates: Browse pre-built solutions for common use cases
  3. Review Analytics: Check how your bots are performing
  4. Manage Team: Invite team members and assign roles (Admin only)
Section titled “Navigation Tips”
  • Use keyboard shortcuts for faster navigation (Press ? to view shortcuts)
  • Customize your dashboard view (card/list, sorting preferences)
  • Pin frequently used bots to the top of your dashboard
  • Use the search function to quickly locate specific bots or features
