Analytics help you understand how your customers are interacting with your AI agent and the business impact it’s creating. This data helps you improve your agent and grow your revenue.
What Analytics Shows You
Section titled “What Analytics Shows You”The Analytics dashboard gives you a comprehensive overview of your agent’s performance:
Key Metrics
Section titled “Key Metrics”- User Count - Total number of customers who have interacted with your agent
- Total Revenue Influenced - Total revenue generated from customers who interacted with your agent
- Cart Adds Influenced - Number of times customers added items to their cart after chatting with your agent
- Avg. Item Price - Average price of items being recommended and purchased
Market Insights
Section titled “Market Insights”Understand what your customers are interested in:
- Popularity Index - Real-time data showing which products, categories, or topics customers ask about most frequently
How to Use Analytics
Section titled “How to Use Analytics”- Log in to your Pluggi dashboard
- Select your bot from the Bot List
- Click “Analytics” in the menu
- View your performance dashboard with all metrics
Understanding the Key Metrics
Section titled “Understanding the Key Metrics”User Count - Shows how many people are talking to your agent. Track this over time to see if your agent is getting more popular.
Total Revenue Influenced - This shows the direct business impact of your agent. This is one of the most important numbers. Track this over time to see if your improvements are working.
Cart Adds Influenced - Shows how effective your agent is at driving purchase intent. More cart adds = more customers interested in buying.
Avg. Item Price - Shows what price range customers are interested in. This helps you understand your customer preferences.
Popularity Index - Real-time data that tells you what customers care about right now. Use this to:
- Create better recommendations
- Improve conversation flows around popular products
- Feature trending products in your agent
- Identify products that need better descriptions
Tips for Using Analytics
Section titled “Tips for Using Analytics”- Review regularly - Check your analytics weekly to spot trends and patterns
- Track improvements - Make changes to your flow, then watch your metrics to see the impact
- Identify opportunities - If certain products have high popularity but low revenue, investigate why
- Test and learn - Make changes to your agent’s conversation flow and compare metrics before and after
