User Management
User Management allows you to control who on your team can access and work with your AI agent. You can invite team members and assign them different permission levels.
Managing Your Team
Section titled “Managing Your Team”Adding Team Members
Section titled “Adding Team Members”To invite someone to work on your agent:
- Go to Settings > Agent Profile > Users
- Click “Invite User”
- Enter their email address
- Choose their role (Admin or Client)
- Send the invitation
They’ll receive an email and can then log in to access your agent.
User Roles
Section titled “User Roles”Admin
- Can edit and modify everything
- Can change settings, flow, appearance
- Can invite and remove other users
- Full control over the agent
Client
- Can view the agent and conversations
- View-only access
- Cannot make changes to the agent
- Cannot edit settings or flow
Removing Team Members
Section titled “Removing Team Members”To remove someone from your team:
- Go to Settings > Agent Profile > Users
- Find the team member you want to remove
- Click “Remove”
They will no longer have access to the agent.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Use Admin role carefully - Only give Admin access to people you trust to make changes
- Use Client role for stakeholders - Give managers or stakeholders Client access so they can monitor without making changes
- Review regularly - Check your user list periodically to remove people who no longer need access
- Protect access - Don’t share login credentials - use the invite system instead
