How Pluggi Works

Welcome to Pluggi! This page explains the core workflow of how Pluggi helps you build and manage your AI agent.

Before you can start building, you need access to the Pluggi admin platform.

To get started:

  1. Contact Pluggi support at pluggi@support.com
  2. Register for an admin portal account
  3. Log in to access your dashboard

Once you’re in, you’ll have access to your assigned bot and all the tools you need to build and manage it.

Pluggi is your platform for building intelligent AI agents (chatbots) that work for your business 24/7. Think of your AI agent as a digital employee that can:

  • Automate Customer Support - Answer frequently asked questions instantly
  • Generate Leads - Engage visitors and qualify potential customers
  • Guide Users - Onboard new customers and help them find what they need
  • Streamline Sales - Help users find products, provide quotes, and process orders

When you use Pluggi, here’s what you’ll do:

Start by creating a new agent from your Dashboard. Give it a name and you’re ready to build.

Use the Flow Builder to design how your agent talks to customers. You do this by:

  • Adding Blocks (building pieces like messages, questions, and decisions)
  • Connecting them to create a conversation flow
  • Using Templates to organize related conversation topics

Set up the agent’s personality, appearance, and behavior:

  • How it greets users
  • What it looks like (colors, avatar)
  • How it responds to questions
  • Where it appears on your website

Test your agent to make sure it works, then publish it live on your website.

Watch how customers interact with your agent using:

  • Analytics - See how many people use it and which products they’re interested in
  • Messages - Review conversation history
  • Insights - Learn what’s working and what needs improvement

When you log in to Pluggi, you’ll find these main areas:

  • Dashboard - Overview of your agents and their status
  • Flow Builder - Design your agent’s conversation
  • Messages - View all chat conversations
  • Analytics - Monitor performance and customer behavior
  • Settings - Customize appearance, behavior, and integrations
