Dashboard & Bot Management
The Dashboard is your central hub for managing all your AI agents. It’s the first thing you see when you log in, and it’s where you control everything.
What You’ll See
Section titled “What You’ll See”Bot Repository
Section titled “Bot Repository”The Bot Repository is a list of all your AI agents. Here you can:
- See all your active bots - Each bot is displayed with its name and status
- Create a new bot - Click “Create New Bot” to start building a new agent
- Access a bot - Click on any bot in the list to open its management environment
Creating a New Bot
Section titled “Creating a New Bot”To create a new AI agent:
- Click the “Create New Bot” button on your dashboard
- Enter a name for your bot
- A dialog will appear asking for basic information
- Click “Create Agent” to confirm
Once created, your new bot appears in your Bot List and is ready to configure.
Managing Your Bot
Section titled “Managing Your Bot”When you click on a bot, you unlock access to all the management tools:
- Analytics - See how customers interact with your agent See details
- Flow Builder - Design how your agent talks to customers See details
- Messages - View all conversations See details
- Settings - Customize the agent’s appearance and behavior See details
Bot Status
Section titled “Bot Status”Each bot has a status that shows whether it’s currently running:
- Active - Your bot is live and available to customers
- Inactive - Your bot is temporarily turned off
